The bell tower of the church of Agios Vasileios dominates the village of Mantamados. Yet despite being so very visible, the church seems to be the village’s best kept secret. The main church dates from 1750 and has some of the most intricate wood carvings in Greece.
This beautiful church deserves a more complete description here but I am struggling to find a volunteer with suitable knowledge to write an article for me. Can you help?
